The Fairholme Range is a S-shaped range that runs east of the Bow River, extending north from Canmore all the way to Lake Minnewanka in Banff National Park. Within an hour’s drive of Calgary, this range is easily accessible from the Trans Canada Highway, and includes the famous Grotto Mountain and Mount Lady MacDonald, plus many other less-popular (by that we mean less crowded, not less exciting) peaks to explore.
For overnights on the road, or weekends tucked away in a little cabin, a reliable duffel is a practical necessity for the well-equipped explorer. With the Fairholme Duffel, you’ll always be ready for your next adventure. With classic duffel styling, the Fairholme is the perfect overnight bag, or a stylish alternative to the standard gym bag. Features include:
2 classic handles for easy portability
Adjustable shoulder strap with strap pad
Side pocket with top flap and buckle closure to keep smaller items or electronics handy
2 zippered end pockets
Brass hardware and rivets
Dimensions: 24” long x 9” wide x 11” high

Our bags are made in a small Indian studio using Indian goat hide leather. Our bags are made of naturally tanned (chemical free) genuine leather and are lined with cotton canvas. All of our hides are oiled, not dyed, which brings out the natural beauty of the leather.
A few things to keep in mind: While we are almost certain that you’ll love your Mountain Messenger Bag, we can’t guarantee that your bag will look exactly like the one shown in our pictures.
Our leather bags are made from un-dyed leather. We are selective about the hides that are used in our bags, but we don’t use dyes to cover the small spots and markings that are natural and authentic.
Goat hides come in a variety of colors and shades. The bag you receive will very likely not be the exact same color as the one shown, and may also combine hides of different shades.
Leather will last for a lifetime. Scratches and snags are unavoidable when our bags are put to good use. Goat hide is soft and very durable, and unlike most leathers, it will actually look even better as it ages! Your bag will develop a beautiful natural patina over time, so don’t be afraid to use it.
Please also note that when you first receive it, your bag will smell of leather – unfortunately, this wonderful smell mostly fades within a few weeks!
